Cable Melbourne is committed to providing premium quality wardrobe staples, but if your purchase is not quite right, we offer returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. All garments must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags securely attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing satchel, ensuring the garment tags remain intact.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print your generated pre-paid shipping label and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are completely covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Lodge your return at any Australia Post outlet and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.
